Ordered a new Isabella awning on 4th May. Delivered on the 5th May! Fantastic speedy service. Thanks to Hayley for her efficiency and her genuine interest.

Very disappointing service. Prices in store are considerably lower than online. Was looking to purchase online after visiting the store. Shocked to see the difference in price (80% higher online on the items that I was looking to buy! ). Suspect that the 'Free Postage' is misleading as they are charging higher prices online. Whoever heard of higher prices online?

Exceptional service ! Great products ! Lee was so helpful and understanding. My order was shipped almost instantaneously and received the next day. I wiil 100 % use in the future and recommend to everyone.

Fine in the shop but once you run into a problem they fight hard to prevent you from getting warranty help. Dodgy cool box and absolutely no interest from any of them in helping to make it better. Ps what telephone conversations? I haven’t spoken to anyone about a return over the phone.

I was left in the lurch by someone who was supposedly capable of doing some electrical work - what they left me with defies description! I searched high and low seeking the items I needed to complete the job myself. Which is when I almost at the end of my tether found this company. I sent images of what I had and asked for advice. Result I was able to order the bits I needed on Sunday, and received them on Thursday. Thanks to all involved. Pic to follow of before and after!

One day I found this site by magic "I think" because I have had nothing but. Praise for it. Lee and Hayley are the best help in camping I have ever found. They even send all the way to the Western Isles Scotland. Wish all the luck and success. Don.

Caravan Stuff 4 U have a wide range of products that were cheaper than other suppliers, both on line and in store. My order was shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Shipping is free for orders over £100 which also saved a few pounds. I will definitely use them again.

Hmmm. Most impressed by the speed of their service but sadly the goods (a bin) arrived damaged. It was clear from the damage that it could not have happened in transit as a crack in the plastic opened outwards (rather than inwards which would have been the case if it had been knocked in transit) and both the parcel wrapping and the cellophane wrapping around the bin were undamaged. I returned the item and requested a replacement pointing out (helpfully I thought)that the bin had probably been damaged in manufacture. Instead of getting a replacement I was refunded my money (very promptly) and on inquiring whether I could in fact re-order the bin was accused of slandering Caravan Stuff 4 U by suggesting that they would send out a faulty bin and they informed me that they would not sell me any further items! I acted in good faith in pointing out how I thought the damage had been caused and was blacklisted for my trouble! Would I recommend this company? Judge for yourself.

Ordered a few bits for the motorhome online, and spoke to a young lady (Sharon) over the telephone for items not included in their catalogue. All the items turned up the following day, although they said their delivery service (Parcelforce) would take 3-5 days. A first class service all round, especially from Sharon,who I can't speak highly enough of. Great work Caravan Stuff 4 U ! !

I ordered the goods just before lunchtime on Thursday with standard 3-5 day delivery. The goods were delivered before 2. 30pm the following day. Exceptional service, thank you.

Thank you for very prompt service, especially over the holiday period (New Year) Had difficulty opening chairs but a phone call to company got that fixed. The chairs were very stiff as they were new and we didn't want to force them in case we broke them. Very happy with purchase and customer service.

Excellent value for money and good service. The order arrived well within the time given, it only took 2 days. The bag of moisture retaining crystals was damaged so I sent an email to the company and a new bag arrived within 3 days. I was very impressed and will certainly use this company again.
