We've recently moved house and discovered a few small things that we wanted doing, and also decided to install a Wiser smart heating system too. We were extremely lucky to find Gary, who clearly takes pride in doing good quality work, is very open and transparent in his estimates over email and explanations in-person, and is someone we'll happily recommend to our friends in future.

You will not find a better plumber. After a major leak Gary was the only plumber who correctly identified the problem straightaway, he was professional, quick and resolved all the issues including a complete new shower and gas boiler installation.

Gary fixed water leak in our property which was due to a faulty water pump. We had engineers from Dyno previously who struggled to properly identify the problem. But Gary took no time to isolate water leak and fixed leak by removing the pump. He was very thorough in his job and knew what he was doing. He extremely meticulous, organised and leaves the place clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Gary's services.

We waited for about 3 months to start our work due to his previous work schedules. The work included complete refurbishment of a bathroom which was stripped after a leak. Gary has done a first class job in fixing our wet room shower installation which had been leaking. Gary and his colleague Dave were polite, very tidy and highly skilled craftsmen who went the extra mile to deliver a first class job.

After calling several workmen to give us a quote to convert our downstairs bathroom, Gary was the only one who seemed capable of doing a decent job. He was very booked up but I was prepared to wait. Gary is very tidy and professional. He is friendly and polite and his communication is great. He quietly and efficiently just gets on with the job. We were away on holiday for most of the work and he texted us regularly with updates of his progress, which was very reassuring. I am pleased with the result and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Gary fixed the drainage and plumbing under our kitchen sink and replaced the tap. At least two plumbers had done similar things over the last few years and further problems had developed. He used higher quality fittings and proper joints which the previous people hadn't so I feel confident that the work is secure this time. There was actually a bit of a leak in the water supply to the sink after Gary finished but he came straight back to fix it and there has been no further problem. I'll definitely call him next time I need a plumber - good plumbers are hard to find, in my experience.

Gary did an excellent job in installing us a new shower system and repairing our oven. He explained everything to us and did a very neat and tidy job at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be using him again for all our electrical and plumbing needs.

I first met Gary when he came to quote for the installation of our new bathroom suite, he was one of three tradesmen who came to quote for the job, his attention to detail was the deciding factor for me to choose him for the installation, although at the time he was very busy I was prepared to wait until he was free, as it turned out this was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Professionalism is a key factor in Gary's work ethos and I appreciated his advise on numerouse aspects of the job. There was some reconstrution work to be carried out which was not obvious on his first visit, but he talked me through what was required and followed up with a quotation via email, not only did he install the bathroom suite he tiled the floor and walls as well. I would highly recommend Capricorn Assistance to anyone contemplating having a bathroom suite installed.

Gary, and apprentice Jay, have done a fabulous "job" (more like jobs plural) at our new house, replacing the en suite bathroom, creating a new bathroom in a former bedroom and reinstating the room with the old bathroom back to a bedroom, as well as countless other odd jobs we have come across along the way. Gary has advised and supported us throughout the process, addressing all our concerns however silly, with patience. We would not hesitate to recommend.

We first got to know Gary when he fitted our Porcelanosa bathroom-rather than just replacing old with new it was essentially a total re-fit of the room. The work was carried out with what we now know to be Gary's quiet efficiency and we were delighted with the result.
