Saved myself about £70 per month by shopping around and not using the Garages own PCP offers on an Approved Used Mercedes. Got the finance cleared in 1 day so applied on Wednesday and picked up my car on Friday.

Helpful, keen to understand my individual requirements and not push me straight towards a product. Thereafter Tom answered my numerous questions and queries quickly in helpful normal english to reassure me I was making the right decision. Called up after finding them online late one evening. Mike (not a sales person) managed to answer my questions and get me an indicative quote within minutes. Told them I'll do a bit more research before decided. Got a follow up call the next day from Alex Cama just to follow up, no hard sell so going over some points. Decided to go with CCF as good price and nice chaps. Alex was efficient and knew the process well and was good in keeping on top of the case. The car dealer was slow in getting the paperwork through and Alex even tried out of hours on a weekend to try keep the paper work on track. If you choose to use CCF you'll feel the value added and what their fee pays for. Would definitely recommend both Alex, Mark and CCF.

I was a little dubious about using a broker id sourced off the internet but CCF were spot on, especially Tom. When value for money dictates the exact car you end up going for, Tom is superb. He gave me figures on dozens of vehicles over a few weeks and made the process so easy. Just ensure the net saving plus fees is the cheapest way to go (it was for me in the end). I have recently re-financed the balloon payment on my Range Rover sport, I decided to keep the vehicle for a further two years. Land Rover finance were not prepared to help with this as the are only interested in selling you a new vehicle. I contacted Capital Car Finance, my transaction was handled by James Dale. The experience was handled very professionally and an agreement was in place within hours. I would thoroughly recommend. The company and I will be doing business again.

First time I ever used a 3rd party for car finance - I usually use the main dealer, so I was a bit unsure. From day one Alex Cama at CCF was on the ball - Every time I asked for a quote (which was often) he got back to me instantly, and when I finally found the right car I did the deal on it in less than 24 hours; if it hadn't been for Alex being so fast in sending the dealer the paperwork, I'd have had to come up with a £3K deposit. As it was, the dealer saw that the finance had been arranged and that was that. He was professional and on the ball, but easy to talk to and not officious. I got a great APR which was untouchable by a main dealer, and the fee for CCF services (just a few hundred quid) was entirely reasonable. In the end I got a car that I'd not usually be able to afford for a sensible monthly payment. The finance was arranged through a big name lender, so not some back street company I didn't recognise, which is reassuring. I've already recommended CCF to a friend and would be happy to do so to anyone else - They've been a total pleasure to deal with and made the whole experience easy. The main dealer didn't like losing out on the finance, but when you can get an APR of less than half of what a dealer is offering you, it's an easy decision to make. We were dealt with throughout the process by James Dale who was superb. He helped looking at a couple of different options and nothing was too much trouble. His communication throughout the transaction was excellent and when we had a slight query with the lender in terms of a condition they tried to apply he got on to it and it was overturned straight away. All in all a very good experience and I will definitely recommend James to other people.
