Hi my name is Rachel I run a dog grooming business in Stevenage. I am fully insured and have a wealth of experience. I offer a 1 on 1 experience for your dog I also don't rush as I like to spend time getting to know your dog and making it as nice as possible for them. I specialise in nervous and aggressive dogs and take on dogs which other groomers don't have the experience to handle them.
With the nervous and aggressive dogs its impotant to give them time to get used to me. I also like to give them some time to have a wonder round my salon as it gives them time to unwind before I start the groom.
If needed regular breaks can be taken to help keep them calm. I love working with dogs and seeing the transformation from start to finish. Your dogs needs always come first.

Have been going to Canine Barbers (Rachel) for over 5 years and always get excellent service and my dog is more than happy to be there. My dog goes every 6 weeks for a full groom which includes wash and dry, cut, claws clipped and anal glands. Occasionally I take him in just to be washed and dried inbetween full grooms.

Rachel does a great job with my miniature schnauzer and I highly recommend her. My dog hates being groomed and can be very naughty and Rachel stays cool and copes with him brilliantly. He always come home looking and smelling lovely!
