I had a problem updating my McAfee anti-virus and could get no satisfaction from Dell or McAfee. I paid £69. 99 to McAfee and was unable to make contact with them or Dell to claim a refund. I have never been able to recover this money. Kevin Price visited my house within 24 hours and sorted out the problem. He worked for two hours installing a better anti-virus protection system along with other programs. The total charge came to £130.
