I have been going to Call Ken Computers for a number of years, and it’s always such a positive experience. So helpful and friendly, and nothing is too much trouble. Ken has always been able to help, from advice and technical support to big repairs. I highly recommend Ken for any computer issues you have. 5 star service!

Ken is a true gentleman, very understanding, patient, calm, polite and friendly. I needed a hard drive upgrade for my MacBook Pro and was delighted to discover Ken's website, meaning I had someone local to call on. Ken collected the laptop, installed the new SSD, copied over all my data and returned it a couple of days later to set me up and running again. Fantastic service all round, with very fair fees too. I would happily recommend him to anyone, and am reassured to know that he's nearby for any future tech problems I might have.

My sound card had packed up and I thought it was going to an expensive repair and possibly with no positive result. I had had 2 previous problems where this happened and I ended up sorting it myself. Not with Ken; haven't seen him. He checked out the software remotely; confirmed it was hardware and recommended a £7. 00 usb dongle and charged only £25 for his time on line remotely checking my computer. So £32 all up and problem sorted.

Once again Call Ken Computers have come to our rescue! Our laptop was frozen and we were locked out of our iPad. Ken quickly sorted us out and we were back online within minutes and able to print our boarding cards for our holiday. We owe our sanity to Call Ken Computers. Worth every penny! So far, Ken has sorted out two problems using the "Remote Assistance" facility. In both cases speedy resolution was obtained, together with a a cheerful "can do" manner.
