I had a really positive experience at Calida Beauty and wanted to share. I’ve been to a few clinics but have never been welcomed as warmly as I did coming to Calida. It didn’t take long at all before the lovely women there made me feel comfortable and like I’ve been going for years. The process of my treatment was explained, and time was spent to make sure my brows were perfect which showed commitment and the extra care into each and every customer. I didn’t feel like “just a number” that you do in some clinics. I also received a lovely follow up message after to make sure after care was going well, this showed me they still cared even after you leave the premises! Something else you don’t see much anymore. Customers also receive a treatment point card, which allows you to earn credit for future treatments which I love.
