We dealt with Craig in relation the design and drawings of a 1 1/2 storey bungalow conversion to our home. He was extremely professional from his 1st site visit and provided 3 design options from which we tweaked and chose our final design. Craig took care of sourcing a structural engineer and submitted all plans to the council for approval making the process a simple one for us from start to finish. His coatings were extremely reasonable, well laid out and easy to understand how. Much exactly we would be paying. I would highly reccomend his design services.

Going on recommendation alone, my decision was proven correct in choosing CAF Designs Ltd. My 'napkin' design was transformed quickly and professionally into real, tangible drawings with CAF helping me along at all stages, providing solid advice and recommendations. Submission to Planning went very smoothly and I appreciated his assistance on few occasions with third parties, including a structural engineer. Building Warrant application was submitted promptly and smoothly too.
