Cable Mountain

I have just made my third purchase and am very pleased with the service I have received from Cable Mountain. The quality products are very good value and competitively priced, the service and delivery was excellent. I hope to do some further business in the near future.

I ordered a Pluscom 3 HDMI port auto switcher to run my DVD player and catch up box through an HDMI port on My Sony Amp. It didn't work. I tried plugging it directly into an HDMI port on my Samsung LED TV, that didn't work either. I contacted Cable Mountain and sent it back to them. I was given a full refund including postage. All though I was disappointed with the actual item, I cannot fault their customer service nor any other aspect of Cable Mountain.

Excellent service. Prompt delivery. It would have helped me if a shorter length cable had been available for my particular application but his was not a major problem. The cables are a good solid product, well made and work perfectly.

Ceiling mount ordered on Tuesday 11th and arrived on the morning of Thursday 13th. Item was very substantially packed and insulated against ant rough treatment in transit. The ceiling mount itself is a very substantial piece of hardware and at a most reasonable price. My experience shows that Cable Mountain is a good company to do business with and have no hesitation in ordering again when the need arises and would recommend them highly. I ordered two cables but unfortunately received two incorrect ones! Emailed CableMountain and received a very quick response, along with an apology. I received the correct cables next morning. I realise things do go wrong sometimes, and the manner with which this error was corrected was exceptional. I would definitely deal with them again. Oh, the cables look to be good quality at a good price, too!

I had searched the web for a dual screen monitor stand and was a little cautious when I found one for £49. 95 as most I found were in excess of £100. I had no reason to worry as I was delighted with the design, build quality and functionality of the Cable Mountain Twin LCD Monitor or TV Dual Screen Desk Stand. An added bonus was the box included all the tolls necessary to put together and adjust the stand. In addition the quality of the Cable Mountain customer support response to a telephone query and the delivery matched the monitor stand - it was excellent, friendly and having ordered the monitor at 2pm the box arrived the next morning and P&P was free.

I have placed multiple orders with Cable Mountain in the past: their prices are extremely competitive (versus other online retailers, never mind the high street! ), they dispatch goods promptly via reliable couriers and the products I have received are very robust and generally do exactly what they say on the tin. No complaints here!
