Byres Road Counselling Practice is a privately run Counselling Practice offering a confidential counselling service to both couples and individuals throughout Glasgow. The practice, which can be found on the corner of Lawrence Street and Byres Road is in the heart of Glasgow's West End. It was established in 2008 by Sonia Scott who has over 15 years of experience in the Mental Health/ Counselling field.

From it's base in the West End of Glasgow, the Practice offers a comfortable and supportive environment where personal issues can be explored safely and without judgement. It takes an 'Integrative Approach' and passionately believes that all individuals have the capacity to make positive choices/ changes in order to achieve their full potential and improve the quality of their lives.

Sonia Scott is a fully qualified counsellor, highly experienced in a wide range of issues including; emotional and relationship difficulties, confidence/ self esteem, depression, anxiety and drug/ alcohol dependency.
