Peter combines professionalism with humour. Difficult to phase even when I forget another password that is key to progression. Have now used him for several years on relatively small things to major repairs and his commitment and determination has meant that he has always resolved the issue big or small. The service he provides and the quality of his output, makes his charges extremely good value. Not surprising that he has many regular customers and is always in high demand.

Peter has done really good work for us on a number of occasions in the past but this time he excelled himself. I was ready to go and buy a new laptop as my current one was old, tired and slow. However, Peter not only transformed it into a fast and efficient machine but he also gave me sound advice, which will pay dividends in the future. Approximate saving, £600 with more to come.

Peter Fox is a veritable magician! He is immensely patient and explains every step of the way what he is doing and why. I had issues with two separate software packages which threw up alarming Error Messages. Peter was able to analyse the problems and competently rectify them. My computer came up with weird notices advising me that id been hacked it looked genuine inc tel no to contact windows helpline and if I closed my computer the world would end (slight exaggeration). I rang By George and despite me never met or dealt with them he explained exactly what to do and said ring him back with update. Peter is someone who really cares about his work and immediately fills you with confidence that he knows what he is doing and will fix the problem - no matter what. I had problems with my lap top not connecting to my printer and apart from fixing that problem Peter identified (and fixed) some other issues as well. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
