BW Guttering & Fascia Cleaning

I booked BW Guttering to replace a joint and clean out the gutter. Bryan contacted me on the day to let me know he was on his way. After inspection Bryan informed me that the gutter was clean (saved me the cost of cleaning) and just replaced the joint. Very pleased with the work carried out. Bryan was courteous, punctual and efficient. I would definitely use BW Guttering in the future.

Extremely unprofessional, unreliable and dishonest. Writing on my wife’s profile as Bryan has blocked my profile. Got him to help identify and fix a small leak and he quickly came up with a solution. After 3 weeks it was leaking again so I asked him to come back and see what went wrong. He never came back to check giving me a number of reasons. First was very busy then had to self isolate because of covid ( on the same day I found out a Facebook post showing that he was working). When confronted with that we booked another day to come and check. The night before dropped me a message to say he wasn’t coming and that I should look for someone else to fix the problem.

Cleaning of guttering at front rear and conservatory. Polite, friendly and efficient service. No hidden extras and excellent communication. Very pleased with end result!
