Bump2baby Reality

We did an antenatal course with Helen when expecting our twins, and the knowledge she shared with us has been invaluable. The course was run for a small group in a comfortable location and we stayed in touch as result of it providing peer support following the birth of babies. The information shared provided me with a level of knowledge and understanding of the reality of childbirth and motherhood which meant I was happy in the decisions I made being the best for me and my babies. This antenatal provision was backed up by the amazing postnatal support offered by Helen and the team. The coffee mornings are something to look forward to every week and the informal discussions are truly open and you can ask anything. I had such a good experience that I am now supporting Helen and B2B Reality by offering peer support to other twin parents who access the classes.

Bump2Baby are fantastic, whether you are pregnant, have a newborn or an older baby/toddler. We did a free early pregnancy class and following that we booked our antenatal course with Helen; there was absolutely no pressure to do so, which was incredibly refreshing, but the attitude and honesty really swung it for us. My partner and I are incredibly glad that we did our course with Helen, because it gave us a lot of useful tools to use as well as facilitating the making of friendships that are going strong. I really felt that the course was able to be tailored somewhat to what people wanted to know, but Helen never shied away from talking about the difficult topics and would always give us current information without judgement so that we were able to go away and make the best decisions for us. The coffee mornings that they run are fantastic. There's always a warm welcome, selection of hot drinks and biscuits and plenty of advice, support or just someone to have a bit of a moan about. What I really like is that they will make sure that you are never left on your own; if someone turns up without knowing anyone, then introductions are made and conversations started. Similarly, they really know their bumps and Mums, so if someone is having a problem, they will give advice, but will also match that person up with someone who is having similar problems or who went through similar things but has come out the other side - there have been points that this has been incredibly useful from both sides and has really kept me sane. I can't rate Bump2Baby highly enough; support, understanding, a non-judgmental environment and a place where Mums really can be whatever they are feeling that day.Moreexpand_more
