Easily the best contractor I have ever used, reliable, excellent workmanship can't recommend them highly enough always completed work as a greed at a reasonable cost.

The quality, price and delivery of service I received was exceptional. Whilst living in Australia, they undertook a complete renovation, inside and out, of my UK property post-rental and prior to sale. Chris and his team were honest, hard working and 100% trust worthy. In addition to the agreed scope of work, many other low cost, but value add items were completed to ensure the property attracted maximum opportunity for selling. The revaluation of the property post renovation yielded an additional selling price that was nearly 4 times more than the cost could of the work undertaken…. I would recommend this company to anybody in the Pembrokeshire area who either wants to sell a house, or needs it sorted for rental.

Building and Land Services have carried out various works for me over the years including full refurbs on a few properties. They have always provided a professional and value for money service.

They did an excellent job, painted the ceiling, walls and the woodwork in the bedroom all in one day all done to an excellent standard and would recommend them to everyone. First class job and left everything as they found it.

We are keen decorators and needed experts to do parts we couldn't reach, and to provide a professional finish on difficult areas, notably previously varnished doors. From initial visits, to carrying out the work, and subsequently checking that everything was OK, we received excellent service from "Building and Land Services". The work was done efficiently, to a high standard, and for a very reasonable price with no hidden extras. We highly recommend the team.

This company has looked after my two let properties for a few years, carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair issues. The response time is always good, and exceptional for urgent work (leaks etc). Also, exceptional is that when the work required is outside what they do personally, they contact the correct tradesman to quote us for the work. We don't live in the area, so the opportunity to big the work up and overcharge is there, this has never been done. Photos are provided showing the work required. Exceptional value for money.
