We met Tom and Viktor back when they were just starting their business in 2023. We shared our ideas with them, and they gave us really detailed feedback on all the possible options for our kitchen renovation. After nearly two years of saving, we were finally ready to start the project and we have zero regrets! Builders Squad did an impressive job, and now we have a solid, beautiful kitchen in our home. There were three guys assigned to the project: a plumber, a kitchen fitter, and an electrician. They all worked really well together. We’d highly recommend this company to anyone!

From day one, Builders Squad Ltd truly stood out as a team of professionals. After our initial phone conversation, Tom visited us the very next day. He spent about an hour with us, carefully gathering all the necessary details and requirements for our new kitchen. Impressively, we received a virtual estimate that same evening for both the supply and fitting of the kitchen. The quote we were given felt very realistic and transparent. We requested a follow-up meeting, which Tom promptly arranged with the actual fitter, Viktor. During that meeting, Viktor created a sketch of the kitchen layout, walked us through how everything would be assembled, and shared some really valuable advice. His knowledge and clarity gave us great confidence, and we decided to move forward with Builders Squad for our kitchen renovation project. On day one of the project, two team members arrived to prepare the space and remove the old kitchen units. Day two saw the electrical inspection, along with first fix plumbing and gas work—all coordinated by Builders Squad. From days 3 to 5, the team delivered and began installing high-quality kitchen units (with sturdy 18mm carcasses and beautiful 22mm Larissa range fronts). By the second week, all the kitchen units were fully assembled and we were ready for the quartz worktop measuring, or "templating" as they call it. Just five working days later, the quartz worktops were delivered and fitted seamlessly. In total, the entire kitchen project took around 16 working days. Every subtask was well managed by the same consistent and dedicated team. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Throughout the process, both Tom and Viktor were incredibly helpful and responsive—always quick to answer our questions via WhatsApp or SMS. We did run into a small issue with our AEG dishwasher, which had a delay in delivery from Appliances Direct. However, Builders Squad went above and beyond, replacing it at no extra cost once the new unit arrived. A huge thank you to Builders Squad Ltd!
