Tariq was absolutely, absolutely amazing! He was friendly, kind, understanding, and just a really genuine, down-to-earth person - and of course was extremely professional and knowledgeable! He was able to sort out the issue, although it wasn't as easy as expected, and truly, I can't thank him enough! He will definitely be our go-to whenever we need IT support, from now on! Could not recommend him enough - unlike most companies, his prices are EXTREMELY fair and you get excellent service!

I had recently bought a laptop from the excellent company PC Specialists. Unfortunately the screen and bezel was coming unstuck along the top edge. I spoke with Lewis at PCS and they were brilliant. To get the laptop repaired, under warranty, meant no computer (as it serves as my desktop as well as it is high end in power), and Lewis suggested I find a local repairer. I found Tariq and Bucks Computer services. Tariq was brilliant. He fitted me in the very next day. I dropped off my machine at 9. 00 am and had it back ion my hands at 11.00 am. He explained the cause and what he had done to rectify it. Thank you to PCS for letting me find a localised solution, without voiding the warranty; and thank you to Tariq for the very speedy repair and fix. Tariq is knowledgeable, he knows exactly what he is doing. He diagnosed the issue and solution from my photograph, before receiving the machine. Simply top service. In June I had major issues with my computer account being hacked with varies 'buys' off Amazon and E-bay through my accounts. I rang Tariq and he spent 36 minutes talking me through the steps I needed to take before he would get to me later that day after another job he had. Tariq didn't charge for the phone consultation and on arrival spent 3 and 1/2 hours working to alleviate the issues. I now have a far more secure set up. Tariq is a very professional young man and I am delighted with the service he provided. Today, 23 rd September, I had a Microsoft update which promptly stopped my Windows Live Mail account working-a phone call to Tariq, and, despite just getting home from a previous job, he then talked me through stages and through remote access righted the issues I have and all is working well. Again, I am delighted with the service I have received from Tariq and will certainly keep his number to hand for any future issues. Thank you Tariq! .

WiFi solution. Our WiFi system stopped working so we called on Bucks Computer Services for some advice. Tariq came out to assess the problem and make a recommendation. Within 5 days he was back and installed the new equipment. Tariq was very thorough checking that all our devices could access the internet. This included smart phones, iPad, laptop and the TV. The signal strength is considerably enhanced compared with our previous solution. It is good to know we have a reliable local IT expert we can call on. 22/09/2020. .

Tariq is an absolute gem, patient, knowledgeable and his service is first class. I am so glad I found Bucks Computer Service, will be using again when disaster strikes and am happy to recommend.

Tariq was brilliant, I'm not the most computer savy person and he explained clearly the issues with my laptop even for me to understand and gave me a timeline of how quickly it could be resolved and met the timeline he gave. Can't recommend enough.

My 10 year old desktop (which I used in my home garage for music, tv, film and searches for parts / tools etc had become "frozen". I Had some photos and vids on I hadn't backed up otherwise would have bined and got reconditioned laptop. Decidedto have a go at finding someone to fix / advise. Found Tariq, liked the reviews, was not disappointed. For about third of price of recon laptops I was looking at (not too old. ). After consultation and chat with Tariq. We agreed he would "clean" (not a tech term (got it working) my operating system, restorered my files, and upgraded my HD to an SSD(my request). I am confident this will now last me another few years. So pleased went down this route and not recon machine (the history of which I would now nothing about, nor the supplier) I would not hesitate to recommend Tariq, a straight up guy. I called Bucks Computer Services (BCS) with a problem and was offered an appointment the same day. I took my computer to BCS and was warmly welcomed before my computer was examined. Tariq was friendly and was able to explain the root cause of the problem as well as being able to provide advice as to how I should proceed. Tariq ordered the required parts the same day and notified me as soon as they arrived. Upon return to him and another friendly welcome it took only a short amount of time for my computer to be fixed. Great value for money, no problems since and I would more than happily return if I encountered any other problems with my computer in future.

A national knowhow team replaced my hard drive but failed after two attempts and two weeks to partition the new drive to my needs. Tariq said "come on over" and in twenty minutes he had the job done. Charged me only £20! Tariq is a genuine enthusiast with formidable knowledge and lots of brain power! Totally reliable and trustworthy. I need never look elsewhere for future help.

I had an Imac issue where the computer would not close down, so I phone Tariq at BCS for advise and help. Within 10 minutes he was able to resolve my issue in the most easy to understand and patient way possible. Very impressive service and is now in my phone book should I need a computer repaired again. Most grateful for all your help.

Had email problems with Outlook and iCloud. Tariq was very helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much for him. Sorted our problems and was reasonably priced. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Would/will certainly use again. And recommend to others. Thanks Tariq.

I had a problem reconnecting my monitor to my desktop after having moved it for decorators. I tried calling a couple of local shops who would have taken several days to even look at it. I am so glad I called Tariq as he was happy for me to bring it straight to him and he was able to fix it straight away (within an hour of my call). Thank you very much Tariq. I will call you first the next time I have a problem or need some advice.

Tariq gave excellent customer service I rang this morning and he came out early evening and sorted my internet problems out for me which was great as I run a B&B and my customers rely on it. He was very good value for money for the service provided, I would recommend and use again. Thank you.

Hey, Tariq knows his stuff, lost configuration n for my Swann CCTV. Turned up and after a quick chat about my problem , went straight into settings and was up and running in 20 minutes as he had said. Brilliant, he also safe guarded this against happening again and left me with necessary privacy`cy settings. Great job and reasonable pricing. Will use again.

Very helpful, knowledgeable, adaptable, quick reactive and trustworthy service. Very fair on pricing the job, did not charge extra despite complications. I will definitely user this support again.

Tariq has helped sort out computer problems for myself last year and more recently a couple of weeks ago. He explains technical things easily and offer different solutions to fix them. His wide knowledge has sorted out a tired old iMac and two very different laptops. He is extra helpful and tries to communicate/sort out collection/dropping off when suits or can similarly pick up from him. I trusted him where others were not so flexible or reliable.

I cannot speak too highly of Tariq's service. We had just moved in and could not get printer working at all from our computer. Bucks Computer Services not only answered our SOS but were super quick and very reasonably priced. Responded to email within the hour and offered to come straight away on a Saturday or Monday. My laptop was slow and some apps did not work. Bucks Computer Services sorted out the problems very quickly and delivered the lap top back to my home. I am very happy with the service in all respects. My lap top is back to speed and everything works again.
