This is the first time I have used both Free Index and BSRIA. I didn't really know too much about what I need to do for the completion of our construction project, but BSRIA, and in particular Michael, were very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process, clearly explaining all I needed to know. This knowledge, coupled with the really fast attendance at site, made the whole process really simple. The engineer who attended site, Billy, was very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. I received my full test reports within one day of the test. Enquiry to completion in less than 3 days! I would have no qualms in recommending BSRIA, and will certainly be using them for any future projects we are involved in.
