Had an annual service and a new rope seal put on yesterday with me moving into my new house and have a wood/coal burner there. Can’t recomment highly enough - very friendly, incredibly thorough service, not a trace of dirt anywhere! Can’t believe how clean the Paul was doing this job. You should see the place when I just empty a bit of soot :’) My burner looks new! The polish/protection on the outside has made it look more black again, and I can actually see through the glass now ha ha. I will always be using Brushed Up, and will tell anyone who needs a chimney sweep to do the same. Thank you so much.
