Lee and his staff were fantastic. We hired Brown's for a small wedding and the food/service provided was amazing. All my guests could not speak highly enough of the service on the day. Lee worked around our dates, dietary requirements and last min changes with no fuss at all. A smooth running wedding day really does rely on the catering and Brown's have got it nailed. I would also recommend hiring of the bar, it's a nice added touch!

We recently used Browns at our Wedding in Surrey on 31st May. The level of service was impeccable and they were such a delight. During the build up to the day Lee and his team were very helpful and eager to please with any ideas we had floating around. They even had their own suggestions which was great. Their staff were very friendly and all our guests felt very comfortable. A huge thank you to Claire who ran the bar for us that night. She was so tentative over Mark and I and was always making sure we were okay and having fun. I would recommend Browns to anyone for any event, you will not be disappointed. X.

From the word go, Lee and his team were fantastic in everything they did. The attention to detail in the planning from the service on our Wedding day made everything so easy for us. On the actual day myself and my wife did not have to worry about anything as Lee had every element covered. On the day they catered for around 100 people and all our guests received great quality food as well as some great service from the staff. Myself and Kelly cannot thank Lee and his team enough for the whole occasion. I would recommend his team to anyone for any event.

I used Brown’s kitchen for my wife’s 60th birthday party. The initial dealings with Lee on selecting the menu and logistics were friendly and efficient and when the food arrived it looked fantastic and plentiful. Throughout the evenings guests were commenting on how good the food was, I would definitely use them again.

We had a selection of canapés for an Evening Reception at Rowans Hospice, Waterlooville and Lee created some wonderful pieces of food. He was very efficient and a pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble. The canapés were very well received. I would highly recommend.

Lee did the catering for a home event for over 50 people. From beginning to end he guided us through the process. He made suggestions about what would suit us and how to organise the evening. He organised the hire of crockery and cutlery that then magically disappeared the next day to be washed. The quality of the food was commented on by a number of our guests and he catered for those with special diets without a fuss. The lovely Claire served the drinks and food in a quiet and efficient way. I really cannot recommend Lee highly enough and really hope I have another event so that he can do the catering again.

Huge thanks to Lee and all of the BK team for everything you did for our wedding day! Throughout the whole process Lee was solid as a rock, a voice of reason and overall a fantastic supplier to deal with. The two things we have consistently heard from all our guests were how amazing the food was and how brilliant the staff were. At one point we even saw one of the staff pushing a pram! We honestly can't praise the staff enough - they went above and beyond what we expected and required. We wish we could do it all again just to taste some more of Browns Kitchen's delights! Thank you very much to Lee and the team for making our special day amazing. The food was very very delicious and was enjoyed by everyone. The food was nicer than I would ever of thought we would have on our wedding day and we were so pleased that we had chosen Lee to be our caterer. The feedback from our guest was all very positive and they had all really enjoyed the food. To begin with we had no idea what we wanted but after speaking with Lee he gave us loads of idea from his wealth of experience as a caterer and we managed to plan the perfect meal with his help. Lee was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to any queries very quickly and was happy for us to visit in person to arrange things. Lee also invited us for a taster day of the food that we had agreed on which was lovely. On the day Lee and his team were very polite to all our quests and were willing to go out their way to help us. They did everything for us, they had set the tables and then took them down afterwards so we had space for the evening entertainment. They kept everything clean and tidy through out the night. I found Lee on his fabulous website which was really designed with the customer in mind. Everything I needed to know was on his website. I was tasked to organise a barbecue for a group of 16 pax, considerably smaller than BK's usual customers, but I needn't have worried. Lee was hands on right from the start. With just over 2 weeks notice, he literally organised the food, his set up, hired seatings and also contingencies in the event the weather plays up. Food was very tasty and fresh, right down to the fruits used in desserts. I will not hesitate to use Lee again in future.

Browns Kitchen did all-in catering for our daughter's wedding in April 2016 - from reception drinks and canapés, to the breakfast, and evening catering plus some extra dishes for the following informal day. We were delighted with the helpful approach and guidance, tasty food on the day, brilliant helpers, and overall organisation making the catering side totally stress free and seamless on the day. Wow, Were do I even begin. Lee catered for our Wedding at Froyal Park in Hampshire, which we had over 250 guests. From the moment we spoke I could tell that Lee knew what he was talking about when it came to food. He was very professional on the phone and we really enjoyed working with him. When we went to the food tasting we were blown away by the quality of food that he had served us. Before the wedding we met up with Lee several times (even at the venue) to discuss how we want the day to run, he also gave us ideas and tips which we loved. Lee was very organised and helpful, he even catered for any specific needs, for example we had a couple of people who wanted special meals which had no problem cooking something different for them. Lee had a great way to always make us feel at ease which really did feel good especially that it was such a stressful time organise the wedding. A few days before the wedding I met Clair who I believe runs the service on the night, we met at the venue and ran through the whole evening. On to the wedding day, we couldn't believe how much Lee and his team had done for us. Lee had arranged people to decorate the table (minus the flowers/centre pieces), he had arranged for bar staff (which were excellent) he even had a dedicated waiter for the head table, which we thought was a lovely touch. Now the main event…. THE FOOD. WOW, to cook for 250+ people 5 different canapés, a starter, a main and a dessert is not an easy task, especially to cook the food to perfection and to present the food the way he did. From the canapés to the dessert we could not fault it once. I really want to take this opportunity to thank Lee for everything that he had done for us and really going the extra mile to making our wedding day perfect. I hired Browns Kitchen to cater at a 60th birthday party for approximately 150 people. The food was top quality. They were really easy to deal with. Everybody loved the food and it was served very efficiently. I would recommend Brown Kitchen highly.

I hired Lee for my 30th birthday on 16th Jan. Lee was absolutely wonderful, easy to work with and perfect in his menu suggestions. On the day, the food was absolutely delicious, everyone commented on it. Many people at the party asked for his details for their events. Plus, he had to stand outside in the freezing cold all night and didn't complain once :).

We were absolutely thrilled with the catering we recieved from Lee on Sunday 20 th Decemebr. The food was dellicious and all our guests commented on the quality. The presentation was excellent and together with Claire, who's attention to looking after our guests was superb , it meant my husband and I were able to enjoy seeing all our family and friends. We would thoroughly recommend Lee again, indeed our son who is getting married in the Autumn will be contacting Lee about the catering for the wedding.

Lee Brown Catering provided a delicious, 3 course meal for Shalford Cricket Club Ball, held at Shalford Village Hall this year. Everyone said afterward they were amazed how the main course came out piping hot even though there were well 100 attendees, our evening was a triumph due largely to the excellent service. His staff were all professional and friendly. Lee was a pleasure to work with, creative, patient and flexible where possible. I would highly recommend his services and wouldn't use any other catering company when our club holds another function.

Lee catered a BBQ in my garden for our staff summer party, attended by 40 people. They made it a pleasure from start to finish - easy to organise, excellent choice of menus, perfect timing, great food - plus they were delightfully friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend them and will use again.
