What testing can do ?
Electrical Installation Condition Report.- An EICR is an essential part of any inspection. We can issue an EICR after inspecting your electrical system and ensuring all is well. We recommend inspections at least every 5 years, ideally more frequently. We also advise these at the end of a tenancy, before you rent a property out again.
Electrical Installation Certification - This is issued after inspecting new installations. This may be part of an existing system, or an entirely new installation, such as those in new build properties, an EIC allows you to be sure that any new electrical systems are safe for use.
