Toilet flush was not working properly. It was an unusual double-U bend system. Edward quickly identified the system type and problem, dismantled and checked it all including drain outlet and fitted new flap valve. Works perfectly now. Less than half the cost estimated by other services. No call-out charge. Also freely gave good advice on this and other things.
