Having just got back from a session trying on dresses I just had to write a review. The ladies in the shop were so helpful and patient. I had no idea what I wanted but with their help I found my prefect dress!

My wife went into brocades with only a brief idea of what she would like but the staff were very helpful and friendly and found her dream dress for her. She come home so happy with the whole experience of visiting the shop i decided to go there to get suits too, and safe to say i received a very high quality of service from a very organised and helpful team. We got married last week and with the help of the team at Brocades our big day was perfect. I would recommend Brocades Bridal Studio to anyone and cannot thank them enough for being so helpful, friendly, and efficient, thanks girls!

What a nightmare 3 weeks before my daughters wedding we went for the final fitting of her bridesmaid dress. When we ordered the dress in December we tried the same style dress in a different colour. It was ordered in a different colour but same size. We went for a fitting when the dress came in in April it was a little tight but was reassured this could be altered and would be ok. Today we went for the final fitting and to collect only to find it is still too tight. The different coloured one in the shop fits my daughter so it looks as though this one has come up smaller. The only offer of help I had from the shop was they would refund the money. Three weeks until the wedding how do I get another dress? Luckily I know a very good dress maker and she is going to have a look at it. Bought my daughters wedding dress from Canterbury Brides Dee could have not been more helpful nothing was too much trouble only a shame she didn't stock the bridesmaid dress my daughter wanted.Moreexpand_more

I have found the staff at brocades bridal very helpful and made the experience of choosing my wedding dress a real pleasure with their ideas and patience! The whole experience was very unhurried and i didn't feel rushed or unwelcome like the other bridal stores i encountered, i went back this week to get my bridesmaid dresses and once again the service was excellent and advice was great.
