Broadland fitted replacement windows and doors throughout our bungalow, twelve windows, three doors and double patio doors. The fitting team were exceptionally efficient and professional, completing the job over just four days with minimum disruption. The quality of the workmanship and finish was excellent and with all mess cleared every day. The very friendly and helpful team kept disruption to a minimum. The complete process from sales quote through surveying and installation was all spot on, everything clearly explained, and all alternative options outlined and costed. The product quality is high, and we could not be happier with the new appearance and draught free comfort. .

We had our old aluminium patio doors replaced with new uPVC ones by Broadland Windows in January 2024. The whole experience was smooth and straightforward from start to finish and we’re very happy with our new doors. They're so much more solid than the old ones, slide smoothly and lock securely, and they look great. Everyone at Broadland has been helpful and friendly, and the one cosmetic niggle that needed sorting after installation was dealt with efficiently and with zero cost or inconvenience to us. Highly recommended!

Over the last 10 years I have used Broadland Windows for replacement windows and doors for my own home, my son's home and our village hall. A wide range of products have been purchased, namely: conservatory, french doors, windows (including tilt and turn). The end to end service provided has been very professional on all aspects - surveyor's expertise, installation, back office and after sales. I cannot fault them as a service provider and will continue to use them for any future window/door requirements. .

Had to wait a few months for installation (as they were so busy! ), but I cannot fault the value for money and service, which was excellent. Installation day was managed extremely efficiently, and the installers were courteous, punctual and hard-working. Four new windows installed in about three hours! After-sales service was also very good. Recommended.

We are thrilled with our new bifold doors from Broadland. Everything about the experience from start to finish was professional, knowledgeable and timely. The salesperson, measurers and fitters were all polite, tidy and efficient. The actual doors are of high quality and are the icing on the cake for our project. I highly recommend. It's good to deal with a local company who do what they promise and provide a high level of expertise and quality. They even went to the extent of sourcing snd fitting a set of handles for an existing door so they would match the new ones. This wasn't an easy task but they were determined to source them. 5 star customer service!

We had new windows fitted by this company a few years ago and were so impressed with them that we used them again recently to make/fit four new doors. The service and staff are absolutely first class from the measuring up, the products themselves and the installation. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service and immaculate fitting. I wanted the sash windows to look identical to the ones they were replacing in our Victorian coastguards terrace cottage. In consultation with Broadlands we went for Heritage Rose windows and their fitter also copied the thicker sill and top board against the arched casement. One of our neighbours passed by and did not realise we had had the windows replaced, then he went over for a closer inspection giving them some taps and thought they were wood! He is now having his replaced by Broadlands too.

We recenety had all the windows and doors in our 1850s cottage replaced by Broadland Windows. We are delighted with the result. The quality of the product and the standard of workmanship was excellent. Initially, we were concerrned as we wanted a match the windows taken out and replaced like-for-like with wooden ones, but they did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure to have the fitters with us for the week. We would highly recommend them.

I presented a rectification job to Broadland to process … Another window supplier had failed me. The job was to have a set of window sill covers (bespoke) powder coated in a special coating. Broadlands representative Matthew B, placed his undivided attention to my issue. Initially stating that the job might take up to 13 weeks, the matter was dealt with within 3 weeks! I cannot thank Broadland Windows enough! If I have my time over again, I shall certainly be using Broadland for my window install … Quite frankly, I should have done so in the first instance but I was lured by false promise. My recommendation to you all - stay local, use the excellent services of Broadland Windows.

The salesman was helpful and patient, making sure that the back door and window we had chosen would suit our needs. The surveyor was happy to make adjustments to our order when he visited. The door and window were ready for fitting in the timescale expected and Lee the fitter, arrived promptly and worked cleanly with particular attention to detail. We are delighted we chose Broadland Windows, thank you.

David was great from initial survey to install. With the building material shortages they were very accommodating and very flexible. The window and very large sliding doors look fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Replaced existing door and window with French doors and picture window. Very helpful and patient as we decided on best option for our needs. No pushy salesman, great job done in a day, very reasonably priced. Recommend.

We were really impressed with the quality work of the fitters and the care they took with our windows inside as well as outside. They were able to match the design we wanted for our windows and porch and it looks fantastic. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Professional and friendly service from start to finish. All members of staff were great to deal with from the showroom, surveying, installing to after service. Sam really went the extra mile to assist with timing of installation to meet our schedule. David provided additional guidance with our requirements and was extremely helpful when we changed our minds on some things after the order had been placed. The fitters Nathan and Ken installed the windows to a very high standard and the house looks amazing with all new windows and doors.

Brilliant friendly company. Installed new wood windows and couldn’t be happier. The finish is impeccable and all filled in and painted around where windows installed. Can’t tell they have just been fitted. No mess! Had been quoted a lot more by other companies also.
