BritCut are specialist concrete cutting, diamond drilling and ferro scanning contractors based in Dartford, Kent. With over 40 years of industry experience, we provide a comprehensive range of specialist concrete services to Tier 1 construction contractors, M&E contractors, structural engineers and building owners across London, Kent, Essex and nationwide.

Our core services include diamond drilling and core drilling, concrete cutting, concrete sawing, wire sawing, wall sawing and ring sawing. We carry out pre-works ferro scanning and GPR concrete scanning before every drilling or cutting operation as standard, using Hilti PS 300 Ferroscan and Proceq GP8000 equipment to locate reinforcement, post-tension cables and embedded services before any intrusive works begin.

BritCut holds Network Rail approval and regularly carries out specialist concrete works on operational and disused railway infrastructure across the UK. We are CHAS accredited, Acclaim certified and ConstructionLine registered. All operatives hold valid CSCS cards and NVQ Level 2 in Diamond Drilling and Sawing. We work regularly with Tier 1 contractors including Skanska, Sir Robert McAlpine, ISG, Erith, Morrisroe and Volker Fitzpatrick.

Our fire stopping and passive fire protection services cover intumescent collar and wrap installation, fire door supply and installation, penetration sealing for cables and pipes, fire stopping surveys and remedial works programmes. All fire stopping installations are documented with photographic evidence and completion certificates, and installed using tested, third-party certified systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

BritCut also provides robotic demolition and soft strip demolition services. Our remote-controlled robotic demolition machines operate in confined spaces, basements, plant rooms and structurally compromised environments where conventional demolition is impractical or unsafe. Soft strip demolition covers removal of suspended ceilings, raised floors, partitions, M&E services and all non-structural fit-out prior to refurbishment, with all waste removed and recycled responsibly.
