Gas boiler replaced - good job by John - efficient and professional (& pleasant ! ).

I'm very happy with the work John has done installing the new boiler and getting the heating back up and running in my house. He is extremely professional and kept me updated at each stage of the work.

John of Unigas replaced my old boiler and sorted out numerous problems with my decrepit central heating system. He had to replace a lot of old pipe work, a radiator and various other components, take up floorboards and do several unexpected jobs which arose because of previous faulty installation. John continued until everything was properly completed. He is thorough, tidy and works his way through any problems until he sorts them out. Everything now works as it should. John is highly competent and trustworthy.

We had a new Worcester boiler and several new radiators fitted by Unigas. We found the company as a recommended fitter on the Worcester site. Very good service and attention to detail, including a later visit to fit an extra bracket to a flue pipe. Job was completed quickly with minimum fuss, we are very pleased with results and would recommend Unigas without reservation.

Obtained Unigas from the Worcester web site as a registered user. Had a few quotes but Unigas was the only one where the person doing the work provided the quote. A very tidy worker. Someone who works with you to overcome those problems that will always happen. We had an isue with the gas fire after the boiler went in due to old lead pipe work, but between us we found a solution. Would recommend his work and price to any one.

It is a big expense and commitment fitting a new boiler, and so it was very important to us that we had someone who was credible, likeable, skilled and reliable to do this job. John from Unigas ticked all of these boxes. He was very good at communicating the various stages of the process and managing our expectations around those stages. Excellent service from John at Unigas. He arrived bang on time to carry out a Gas Safety check for me, and subsequently, when it was time to replace the old boiler, he did so quickly and efficiently and at reasonable cost.
