Didnt turn up on the day with White Adult bouncy castle and bubble machine booked and paid in full for way in advance for a special birthday and cancer free party (akin to a wedding) which was held at Walton Castle in Clevedon. Had double booked himself apparently and the other person got priority over us even although the entire party had been planned around the vision of the bouncy castle! Then to add salt to the wound, we had to argue to get a refund - would not recommend at all and Walton Castle have removed him from their recommended list of suppliers.
