We have been delighted since we started using Brighton Housekeeping for our cleaning services. Our cleaner is reliable, cheerful and hardworking. We feel he treats our home as if it were his, rather than just a place of work. If he has any issues or concerns, he raises them. He encourages us to speak up if there is ever something he is not doing or we feel he should do differently. We also like the Brighton Housekeeping business model with its cleaners being employees paid more than the real living wage and benefiting from the usual employment rights.

Great service and extremely reliable. Richard is a pleasure to deal with and our cleaner (Kelly) couldn't be better.

I have used Brighton Housekeeping for the past 5 years and have enjoyed an absolutely fantastic service. They have never missed a booked cleaning session, ever, amazing. During the time I have been with them I’ve had 3 different cleaners all working to the same high professional standards. I very much like the fact that this company values its workforce as well as it’s customers. Particularly important in the current pandemic as cleaners who get sick pay are not forced to come to work unwell. I highly recommend this company both now and generally.

I have Carole as my cleaner and she is A+. She is friendly and provides a very professional cleaning service. She leaves a note if there are any issues and she’s very trustworthy. I use Brighton Housekeeping because they pay their staff a living wage and provide a pension, but I stay because of Carole. I highly recommend.

I have been having a fortnightly clean for a few years now. I have had a number of different cleaners from Brighton Housekeeping over that period and all of them have been punctual, reliable and done a very thorough clean. My current cleaner Nick always arrives on time, is very polite and considerate and does a conscientious worker. I would definitely recommend the agency.

Excellent service. Tash and Jodie are reliable and thorough. I have my house cleaned top to bottom once a week and it is such a pleasure to come home to such a lovely clean, fresh smelling home. After requesting quotes on FreeIndex for my cleaning, I awarded the job to Brighton Housekeeping. The owner came personally to my property to give a thorough quote, which although not the cheapest, was very reasonable. After have two previous cleaning companies, after the first clean with Brighton Housekeeping, I am very impressed, the places where the old cleaners were falling down on were picked up on and it was a pleasure to walk in the door. I unreservedly recommend Brighton Housekeeping. They work fast, achieve an astounding result akin to a sparkle clean each week of my four storey property and in less time than any other housekeeping company I have previously engaged. The bathrooms are left beautifully clean and I am VERY fussy! The kitchen gets the works too. I am some eleven months into my association with Brighton Housekeeping and the highest standards have been consistently maintained. The commitment to quality exudes from this company. The weekly waxing of my furniture, shining floors, spotless white work and beautifully arranged bedding and sofas are a beacon of their standards. I trust them implicitly in my home which they attend to with courtesy and evident care. Everything I mentioned in my original interview has been heard and met, right down to leaving things as you find them (you know the feeling when the cleaner leaves and you have to reassemble your home!) Inevitably, staff do from time to time have to be allowed to take holiday or are unwell but Brighton Housekeeping, through Richard, manages its commitments faultlessly. A housekeeper attends, without fail, already briefed by Richard of how I like my home kept and standards fully upheld. This is exceptional service. Brighton Housekeeping can be relied upon to deliver all they have agreed to provide and, in fact, regularly surpass what is expected of them. I have used Brighton Housekeeping for several months now. I love coming home to my lovely clean house. Richard runs a very good business, very professional, and contacts me frequently to make sure I'm happy with the service I receive. My cleaner is trustworthy and very efficient.

Richard and his team at Brighton Housekeeping have been looking after my house for about a year and I am really pleased. The standard of cleaning is very high and I always look forward to coming home from work on Tuesdays after they've been in! What sets them apart is their attention to detail and how they make things look "good", not just "clean". It's the difference between a housekeeper and a cleaner! I am a perfectionist and I've had several cleaners in the past but I am so happy now with Richard in charge. Excellent service, reliable and outstanding customer care.

Brighton House Keeping has been our cleaner service for about a year. They do a very thorough job and are meticulous in their cleaning standards They also reliable and if our main cleaner can't come Richard always make sure someone can come and explains to them what they need to do. The thing that makes this company stand head and shoulders above the others I have used over many years is their attention to detail. Neil is an outstanding housekeeper: my home is spotless after his weekly visit, and he will always ensure that the little things that I bother about are addressed. I also like the idea that I buy a package from BHK for my cleaning needs: paying a cleaning company on a per-hour basis is usually a disappointment. The pricing structure is great and I add on extras from time to time when I have friends or family staying. There is quite simply nothing else like BHK on the local market.
