Great service. John got us to Gatwick early morning and texted us an hour before to make sure we were awake. Return journey, we were delayed and when we arrived at arrivals gate a nice Indian gentlemen greeted us with a warm welcome. Cannot fault the service and it takes the stress out of getting to and from the airport.

I used Brighton Airport Cabs, for a trip from Brighton Heathrow for 15 people. Jasmine in the office was very efficient is getting everything sorted along with a very reasonable price. All drivers to and from Heathrow very polite and helpful. Had a delayed flight on way back from Los Angeles didn't have to tell as they monitor flights for you. Excellent service all round couldn't recommend more. Will definetley use again.

This company ticked all the boxes/ service was outstanding, certainly value for money as they came in cheaper than competitors, and the quality of service was was outstanding. I ordered and paid for my taxi in advance, but when I got to Heathrow with two tired children no one was there to pick us up. I immediately called and was told they had come on the wrong day and that they did not have a taxi available to get us. Luckily we were eventually able to get another taxi service to come collect us, but I will certainly never use Brighton Airport Cabs again!
