Bright Heart is an award-winning SEN-focused tutoring agency based in London.

It won the prestigious Tuition Business of the Year award in the 2022 National Tutoring Awards (runners-up 2023, 2024 and 2025 ) and a Nasen award in 2020 (runners-up in 2021).

Bright Heart provides in-person tuition in London and parts of surrounding counties, and online tuition worldwide. It works closely with local authorities to provide tuition to students with Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), including Education Other than at School (EOTAS) packages. It also supports schools and was an accredited National Tutoring Programme (NTP) Tuition Partner. In addition, it works with private families.

Bright Heart offers a nurturing approach and focuses on supporting children and young people with learning challenges or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. It also helps students lacking confidence or motivation or who have fallen behind at school and those needing interim education outside of school.

Bright Heart is passionate about helping its students achieve their potential. Its education team, comprising three former teachers with qualified teacher status (QTS), takes the time to fully understand students’ unique learning needs to ensure they receive well-matched tutors. Pupils receive individual learning plans (ILPs) covering their academic goals and SEMH needs. Bright Heart carefully monitors tuition.

Bright Heart’s tutors are carefully screened, personally interviewed by a director or education consultant, background checked (including Enhanced DBS with children’s barred list check) and met in person. They receive comprehensive training and guidance on tutoring and safeguarding and adhere to Bright Heart’s stringent tutoring standards and policies.

Bright Heart covers from Reception to A-level and offers adult support. It offers supplementary tuition and interim education, covering the entire curriculum.
