I want to say a huge thank you to Sam at Bridal Factory Outlet who helped me find my dress today! I ended up purchasing a dress she picked out for me which was completely different to what I thought I would go for! She also managed to find the same dress in a better size rather than having to order one in, allowing me to purchase the dress within my budget. Sam was down to earth, warm and friendly throughout my appointment and at no point did I feel. Rushed or pressured into a decision. Thank you Sam!

Called up the bridal outlet after finding out my dress was too big and couldn’t be altered with only 6 weeks to go before the big day. They fit me in within a few days and the service I received was amazing. I worked with Lauren to find a dress and she was so friendly and personable. Considering it was a very stressful situation I felt so at ease. Everything was explained to me and the process was so easy. Lauren was absolutely amazing with me and I’ve now found the perfect dress! Thank you so much xxx.

Molly was amazing! I went in knowing exactly what I didn't like but was struggling with finding a dress that I did like. After trying on 4-5, she came in with a wildcard that I fell in love with! She, and all the staff, are so lovely!

Lauren did an amazing job helping me find the perfect dress! She knew better than I did what would look good for my body type and fit my venue. In just 90 mins I walked out with a stunning dress that had me and my bridesmaids in tears, and was well within my budget.

Can’t recommend The Bridal Factory Outlet enough, Emily was so helpful towards me picking my wedding dress. After explaining to her what I wanted she knew exactly the style I was after. She was very patient with me as I can be particularly picky! I ultimately said yes to the dress and although it was a little more than my price range I am so happy I picked it .

Had my appointment today and I can't thank the bridal support team enough especially Emily who supported me throughout. Such a nervous experience for me, put at ease as soon as I came through the door. I said yes to the dress and it was beautiful and in my price range. Bridal outlet took great care of me this morning especially the lovely Angela she couldn’t have been more nurturing and kind with me I was on my own which she had definitely took in to account. She looked and looked coming up with many different suggestions for me such as style shape fit and price. She was very professional and is a great addition to the store. I love my dress I had no idea what I wanted if I’m honest and again Angela was patient with me showing me all different styles. Would 100% recommend Bridal Factory Outlet, Northallerton. I only intended to try on dresses to get a feel for my style but ended up saying yes to the dress. Sam was wonderful, really easy going and helpful - not in the slightest bit pushy. The girls enjoyed a glass of Prosecco whilst I tried on dresses and loved the experience.

Purchased a beautiful gown on the 26. 03. 23. We arrived early not a problem we still welcomed and given seats. Katie introduced herself and explained the process oh what was going to happen. Once I picked a few dresses (my bridal team and myself were given drinks) I was made to feel so comfortable as a larger woman the last shop I went to weren’t so helpful. Katie listened to. Me and and after a few dress tries I found my beautiful gown. You are also given a little gift for your day which is so thoughtful.

Amazing service from start to finish, made me feel so welcome as I was a bit unsure about what I wanted and a bit nervous as it was my first shop to look around, that all went away as soon as I got there. There was so many dresses to choose from and I didn’t need to look around any other shops as I Instantly knew I had found the one with the help of the lovely staff at Bridal Factory Outlet.
