Very poor service received. Files accounts on December 31st leaving only one day to pay your tax then promies refunds and then pays less than agreed.
Response : Due to client confidentiality we cannot make the appropriate reply, giving the background. When he ceased to be a client, as a goodwill gesture, we made a refund of some fee instalments to him. A figure was agreed initially, The figure was later revised with his agreement to reflect the work we had carried out.
