ISRM - Institute of Sport & Remedial MassageWith 15 years worth of experience in the complementary health and fitness industry I have treated many different people, not always sports people, so dont be put off with the Sports Massage title.
I am qualified to train people who have had cardiovascular issues, diabetics, high blood pressure and other such ailments.
I am currently working out of three clinics around the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Shaftesbury area but am also able to come to clients houses or sports events around the Dorset area.
My massage clients come to me with back pain, stiff necks, head aches, fibromyalgia, muscular issues, mental health issues and many more.
As well as varied massage treatments I use stretching techniques and exercise to alleviate pain issues.
