Contacted at 11pm one evening and got a response in 10mins then spoke though requirements and got a quote with in the hour! Very accommodating to needs, turned up on time, the oven was extremely clean after myself trying to clean it 7 times prior it was clean beyond my expectations. Will be using again!

Chris and Angel cleaned the whole house ( carpets). As we are pensioners they agreed to do half one week and the rest a week later thus reducing the stress the upheaval was causing. Chris and Angel did a great job. They were punctual, friendly and efficient and completed the job quickly but without cutting any corners. I like that they also vacuum your carpets with their industrial machine as home vacuums aren’t powerful enough to extract all the dirt prior to cleaning. I’d definite use them again.

Rookesbury hosts weddings and events as well has having schools stay throughout most of the year so you can imagine how grubby our carpets get. Excellent customer care and a very professional job. We had a large scout hall carpet cleaned and were very pleased with the results, the carpets looked great and were as good as dry within a couple of hours.

After reading the positive reviews I got in touch with Botley Carpet Cleaners to do an End of Tenancy clean. Angel and Chris were lovely and did a sterling job of my 3 bedroom house that I let. I cannot fault their service as I contacted them after the work to say they had done a great job but there was just a couple of things missed. Called Botley Carpets in to do an exit clean on rented flat. It has had several tennants, none of whom seem to have cared for the carpets. Major factor for my choice was the positive reviews. Seeing the results of a challenging job I can see why they have such a good press. The job was done with care and attention to detail. Outcome was excellent - even the agent was impressed; probably saved a goodly slice of my deposit. First choice if I need the service again.
