I'm sorry this has taken me a while to write…. I'm still 'moving in'! I wanted to write to say how 'blown away' I was by the service your guys provided on the day of my move. It appeared that nothing was too much trouble for them from start to finish and everything was completed with cheerfulness and good humour (despite two flights of stairs in the new property! ). They certainly went 'above and beyond' my expectations - one guy even supported the weight of my backpack as I was walking with it! When I couldn't find my handbag they showed real concern and helped me to unpack my car in an effort to find it. Please let them know that I had left it in my old house and I have now been safely reunited with it! All in all, your guys made a very stressful day more manageable than I was expecting. From first contact through to removal, I found all Bolt Removals contracts to be polite, professional, genuinely lovely people to correspond with. Very professional, explained everything perfectly. The day of moving, the 2 guys I had, I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were amazing, helpful, careful, thoughtful and very very professional. Nothing was too much for them. Worth every penny and I will 1 million percent be using their services again.

The boys were amazing from start to finish worked very hard and were very thoughtfull about where to put my furniture. Very professional and friendly. Made a big fuss of my son too he thought you were all brilliant. Would definitely use them again. Thank you for making the move as easy as it could have been.

Wonderful! From booking to moving we found Bolt to be a professional, friendly and efficient company. Julian was brilliant, sorting out our quotes and being so accommodating when our move was put back a couple of times. He also arranged to move our buyer enabling us to move before Christmas. On the day, Stephan and Alex arrived on time and moved all our stuff with care and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very friendly and courteous. We were moving to the other side of the country so it was a long day and dark by the time they headed back but they were great to the end. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bolt Removals. DFS guys came few days ago to deliver my new sofa and 2 chairs. Only to be told chairs to big to get into my flat. Was very upset. Got bolt then today. Well 2 lovely guys had chairs in no. Problem. From start to finish Bolt is a very professional company to deal with. Julian was very pleasant and helpful when producing our quotation. The removal team were very hard working, obliging, pleasant and professional as well as being quick and efficient. The whole team made our move as stress free as it could possibly be. Very competitive price. Have used bigger well known companies previously which are more expensive and in my experience not as good on moving day. Highly recommend this com.

I cannot thank you the team at Bolt enough for today. I just can’t get over how quickly they worked and how easy they made it for me, and their all-round level of customer service has been first class. Moving is expensive, but this is easily the best money I have spent in the last few weeks. Any time I need to move again, I will come straight to them.

Had a fantastic move with Bolt, can't fault it at all. Communication before the move was fantastic. On the day they turned up exactly on time, and took real care with packing our furniture and boxes into the van. At the other end they took real care making sure we got things put in the right rooms. Would definitely recommend, and great value for money too. .

Bolt Removals were absolutely fantastic throughout our move. They turned up on time and simply got on with the job whilst being polite and friendly. They were extremely efficient and patient whilst waiting for the approval to collect the keys from the new house. Once at the new house, they moved swiftly to unpack everything into the suitable rooms including rebuilding our bed. Fantastic from start to finish, thank you Bolt!

Delighted to recommend Bolt Removals. They were excellent. We moved on March 13th 2020 from Cardiff to West Sussex. We chose Bolt ahead of two other quotes - value for money, professionalism and rapport stood out. Great communication in the lead up to the day, with good prices on packaging materials. Prompt arrival for removal, friendly guys - who were amazing. So fast, efficient and capable. Managed to unload the whole lorry into correct rooms in less than an hour! Really happy with both the packing and moving service provided by Bolt. We had the full packing service for our large two bed flat, moving to a five bed house. As previous reviewers have said, they offered the best value quote, but the professionalism through the booking process assured me of the quality. They were really efficient, and friendly and trustworthy on the day. Would recommend and use again.
