I love my Wednesday morning online class. Chris is an enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructor and she's always chatty and cheerful. I much prefer to practice in my own home instead of going out whatever the weather - it also saves me time and petrol!
I have been going to Chris' Pilates classes for several years now. Since Covid I have been doing the online classes via facebook which suits me so well because if I cannot take part live, I can catch up in my own time. Chris makes the online sessions as stimulating and encouraging as the in- person sessions. I completely trust Chris to give excellent advice how to approach the exercises if you have an poorly body part. I would highly recommend the online classes for anyone especially if you have a busy life and couldnt always make the live session.
Chris is an excellent trainer, she will adapt the exercises to suit all needs. She clearly understands the body and what helps to keep you fit, healthy, supple and strong. Her classes are suitable for all ages and everyone is made to feel welcome and included. Pilates and HIIT with BodyInBalance are great for health and well being, both in person and online.
