The house was good for the money, everything needed was available. Although it was not the highest quality, it was good for the low price paid. There were some problems with a debt of the landlord to the energy company, causing us to be cut off from power for a day. However, BnR did make sure it didn't happen again in the weeks I was with them after that day.

Nothing but praise for BnR Properties, in particular the Loughborough Team. I rented a room in a shared house and the price was literally unbelievable, and couldn't compare to any other local lettings agency. It even beat private landlords offers. The house was fully refurbished to a very high standard and, since I moved in while some work was still being done, the maintenance team was very quick to respond to any request I had. Clare, the agent in charge for the property was very professional, but kind and approachable. One thing that made my stay pleasant (and the initial administrative fees worthwhile) is their vetting process, and making sure that all the tenants are a good match overall. During my six-months I had no problems with ANY aspect in this shared property, and that says a lot. I would recommend BnR Properties to anyone interested in affordable, professional and hassle-free shared accommodation in Loughborough. Seriously, check them out!

I am very pleased with the whole experience I have had with BnR property services. I have rented with them for 4 years and have never had any big problems and any small issue have been dealt with very quickly. BNR Property services have been brilliant during my time in one of their properties. Willing to help with anything. The agent in charge (Clare) is very friendly and sorts out any issues quickly and efficiently.

Hired this company to carry out work in the house. They provided Cowboys with not no work ethics. They made a real mess in the house and broke things while they carry the work. The lady in charge at BNR was very rudel and tried to blame the breakage her workers did, on the residents and threatened that she has picture evidence to state that it was broken before her workers went in the property. Upon challenging her to show the pictures she failed to show them and changed the subject. Then stated that she is doing Inge as a favour which were agreed verbally in the first place. Through out the work she kept chopping and changing the terms agreed about work, the price and the timescale and bullied in to stopping the work if complain about anything. It was a really stressful and costly experience They are not proffetional, ethical and put minimum information on the quote then keep asking for extra money for the things agreed on phone but cleverly not put on the quote. Stay away from this people as they hire desperate shoddy cowboys who does not do job properly and leave the mess for you clean after them.Moreexpand_more

Repairs and maintenance service exceptional they transformed my buy to let to a high standard at a very competitive price. Living in London when I visited the property in Loughborough I could not believe the transformation. The Management service was brilliant the property let on the first viewing and my second property within the first week. I truly thank the Repairs and Maintenance Team and the Lettings Team at BnR Property Services.

Be prepared to be left on your own when things go wrong. Shoddy workmanship comes to mind. Wouldn't recommend management. It's just that living in London and not seeing the property it didn't run smoothly. The toilet seat in the cloakroom which was hardly used came off cleanly after just shy of a month and they wouldn't come and refit it, moving out cleaning not done properly and fence fallen off after fitting. Won't be using again. Beware of diy standard repairs and being blamed for everything not done rightly.

The service from BnR is outstanding. I work full time and have a family so dont have a lot of time to deal with the rental of my previous property. BnR have done everything needed in the 18 months I've been with them. They found my tenant, organised the legal side, and have managed the maintenance, money, and inspections ever since. They've also been on the end of the phone whenever I've needed to contact them. I wasn't sure whether to sell my house or rent it out, I'm so glad I talked to Clare first as I now have a completely hassle-free rental property. If you're in the same position, give them a try as it really has been a lot easier to set up and run than I ever thought possible. Thanks guys.

Instructed the advertising only service with credit checks. Excellent, personal and friendly responses from Clare who went above and beyond the service I paid for. She responded quickly and effectively, with advice and feedback, often out of hours and at weekends, to a satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Clare, I'll be back.
