My first visit to BM sport was when ( Stewie autos se6 2nt ) make a mess of my x5. And they fix the problem using only BMW parts and invoice was in detail of what you paid for that the good part. Not so good first they give me on invoice without any a advisory on it, and when paid them the next invoice has it, it would be better if they tell me all the problem when they diagnose if reader did pick on it, common courtesy they do not wash your car like the dealers do it only may cost 8 or 10 and they can cut a deal if they use 1 carwash. As a trade person myself when I completed my work. I clean what I work on and the area. I did used them again they not really a nightmare to me But if the dealer was close I would go to them for a clean car and they will be cheaper because they don't have buy parts from a next dealer.

Where do I start, I started my journey with these so called specialists, brought my x5 in with a snapped chain they repaired it, I got 3 miles down the road it dropped all its water, they sorted that at the side of the road I was sent on my way again, the same night the chain snapped again, they then had my car for another week, no apology no explanation why it had snapped again, once I got it back I had it checked over, there was nuts and bolts not tightened all over the place it was leaking power steering oil, now 4-5 months down the line the cars gone wrong, and they are telling me they want paid to even check if it’s down to them, if I can give you one bit of advice, stay clear spend your money with some one who doesn’t rush your car and knows how to admit when there wrong.

My car was of the age where I was unsure whether to return to the main dealer or use a specialist. I took the plunge and in future will not hesitate to use Bexley Motor Works again, with my current car or even when I get my brand new one. Good service, good communications. I never realised the difference a decent 4 wheel alignment would make. Great stuff.
