Blueprint First Aid

Wonderful First Aid course! Charlie was a brilliant presenter and instructor, guiding us through the essentials of First Aid. He is a gifted presenter and facilitator, obviously passionate, knowledgeable and committed to his role in instructing people in this crucial skill.

Charlie was great. There is a lot of information to absorb in one day, but it was delivered in an enjoyable and informative format. I feel much more confident having done the course.

Blueprint have been a pleasure to work with. The organisation and delivery has been excellent - we were able to arrange for multiple groups to take part in the training and Blueprint were professional and flexible throughout the whole process. Student feedback from the course has been very positive and we will definitely work with Blueprint again. Thank you.

The first-aid experience I had with Blueprint was the most supportive course I have taken so far. The value of this course is superb, the equipment was great and the instructor on the day was inclusive to everyone. I would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in paediatric first aid!

This course was amazing! I learnt so much and feel a lot more confident with my first aid. The course leaders were very polite and helpful and made the experience enjoyable. They teach in a way that isn’t overwhelming. You have many opportunities to practice the skills you’ve learnt on other members of the course which allows you to put your learning into action. Overall the 2 day course I would highly recommend!

The training was informative as well as engaging which helped to ensure I would get the most out of it. I have also come away from the training feeling much more confident in delivering first aid if it was every required of me.

I found the course really interesting and helpful. The skills gained are very valuable and will be useful in the future.

I enjoyed the course. Charlie was accommodating of others in the group and was patience with the group when learning the correct responses in case study scenarios when people needed to practice multiple times.

Charlie delivered the course in an engaging way (and his jokes were really funny). A lot of us came away confident in our abilities to carry out the skills learnt.

First aid course, I had never done a first aid course before and didn’t know all of the terminology but thought things explained very well so that I understood without over complicating. Course ran. On time and covered lots, Was interactive and would definitely attend a refresher session another time. Thank you.

I had a great day. It was a really well delivered practical course. Having done a whole variety of courses of varying lengths and with different providers, over the last 25 years, I can say that this is the best 1 or 2 day course I have done. You covered all of the course content efficiently, with patience and in friendly manner, without making anyone feel rushed and you provided plenty of opportunity to practice and ask questions. You provided a supportive environment to learn, and those who were nervous of doing something new at the start quickly became more relaxed and settled into enjoying the course. Staff who had previously done short first aid courses said that they hadn't looked forward to the course, and had therefore been surprised when they enjoyed it. I appreciated the fact that you tailored the course to our needs, by using examples of situations that could arise to which we could relate in our work and personal lives. And all of that done in a covid secure way.

Well structured, easy to follow step by step first a is training, that built confidence in your ability as you went through the assessment process. First class instructor.

I found this course to be involving, interesting and hopefully of great value should I need the skills in future. I particularly liked the breadth of knowledge shown by the instructor and the amount of practical skills and scenarios that we practiced. I would use Blueprint again.
