This morning I didn't know if I had a genuine problem or not. I was trying to change my email password and for some reason couldn't access my account, and couldn't understand either the reason given or further instructions. Also I'd had a close encounter with Malware recently, so was a bit uneasy. I rang Blucando and Ben sorted the whole thing out for me over the 'phone! It is wonderful to have a local tech company we can trust. Thank you, Blucando.

Last year I set up a business. With the business predominately being online, I wanted to ensure my computer was set up properly with the right security and back up. I'm a professional photographer with my office in the garden. People are regularly coming and going through our property and as a result, we felt there was a need to increase our security measures. Consequently, I contacted local networking and security specialists Blucando to install cameras and an electronic door entry system. I was so impressed with the way they conducted themselves. The communication leading up to the installation date was excellent, with regular emails and phone calls keeping me advised of progress. The installation team worked quietly, tidily and very professionally. I never for one moment doubted their technical skill as the work progressed.
