Chief Instructor, Master Lowndes and his team provide exceptional Martial Arts instruction and training in the Worthing area.

We teach the Martial Arts and it’s valuable life lessons in our full-time, spacious, safe, clean and professionally operated, Private Members Martial Arts Dojo, designed to help you meet your goals and get in to the best shape of your life.

Master Lowndes who is a 7th degree black belt with over 38 years experience in Martial Arts, over 25 of which he has spent teaching his students from white belts to black belts and beyond, also coached and captained the England Team in the WPKA World Championships in Corfu in 2004.

He competed in three categories and won a Bronze, Silver and a Gold medal. He came back a World Champion. He is also a British and European Champion as well.

The Blackbelt Leaders team are all dedicated Full-Time Professional Martial Arts Instructors and Personal Development Coaches.
