I was very impressed with the speedy response I received when I reached out regarding my word doc problem. The gentleman named Trevor who visited to rectify the problem was patient, calm, and most importantly trustworthy. Trevor sorted my issues with word doc quickly and the price was reasonable. Would 100% use again and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Thank you :).

I have been using BL IT Solutions for a few years now for all my IT support. And what great support it has been too! I rang Ben on Saturday (5 September) explaining to him my problem. He said that he would be round to see me on Monday (7 September) after 4pm. I was out with friends and went home early to make sure that I was at home before 4pm to be at home in time for Ben's arrival. It is now Tuesday (8 September) 6. 30pm and he still hasn't arrived. Not even a text or phone call to explain why he hasn't shown up. What a way to run a business. Ben if you didn't want to do this job or you felt it was beneath you I would have appreciated you telling me this.
Ben came out as agreed and collected my laptop on Wednesday evening last week. It needed 2 Parts - a new Keyboard which he already had, and a new Fan - this was due to reach him today for the repair to be completed, so as yet I cannot comment further. I am currently awaiting the return of the laptop.
