Came in yesterday with the Lenovo all in one with a cracked screen and you subsequently sold me a refurbished Dell system with 2 screens. What can I say… Absolutely brilliant, I’m so so pleased. Thank you so much for getting me back up and running. ? The replacement all in one I ordered from PC world got sent back this morning, didn’t even open the box. You guys are for sure my ‘go to’ from now on. ? Great little business. ? .
A screw came out of my HP laptop. Went back to Comet, redirected to Bits'n PC. Bit of a problem to park (Worcester yellow lines) but well worth the effort. Showed them the problem, a new screw was put in in seconds, addtional screws to take away. No charge. Can you get better service? I don't think so. Unbelievable service.
Have bought several laptops and monitors from BitsNPCs between Dec 2018 and now (Feb 2019). Each time the advice has been helpful, honest and frank. It's really refreshing to have conversations with people with proper knowledge rather than the "sales people" you encounter at bigger establishments. I cannot fault the shop in any way, and the value for money is unbelievable. Really friendly and polite and no pressure to buy.
Excellent quality refurbished laptops/net books and pc systems, I bought a laptop from Bits n Pc's that was surplus to requirements in the end for me, but they were very friendly and agreed to buy it back from me without losing a lot of money. Would highly reccomend to anyone, great value and a great service :).
I purchased 5 re conditioned laptops and received a reasonable discount due to the quantity. The service was friendly, professional and informal. And any problems were met with a very good response! One of the screens failed after working well for a week, all it took was a phone call and then to return it and it was fixed with no issues! I would recommend Bits N Pcs! I'd like to compliment your company - Bits’N PC’s – and one of your employees, Jason Wells, for the excellent service he provided me on December, last year. Mr. Jason helped me to sort out my laptop after I discovered that there had been several problems with wi-fi connection. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Mr. Jason's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Within a few hours, he was able to identify and solve the problem. I spilled tea over my laptop and was devastated as I use this laptop for my UNI studies and its vital. The keyboard needed to be replaced and the screen had damp inside too. After only 2 days Bits N PCs had repaired both the screen and the keyboard! Couldnt recommend these guys enough!
