Said very unsavoury things; they keep reporting my reviews due to the nature of what they said, so I obviously can't repeat it. Can't recommend.

The fan in my hp laptop packed up. Took it to Bits n Pcs at midday. They'd fixed it by three. I picked it up at half past. Incredible service. In future, I'll be using them for all my computer needs.

Came in yesterday with the Lenovo all in one with a cracked screen and you subsequently sold me a refurbished Dell system with 2 screens. What can I say… Absolutely brilliant, I’m so so pleased. Thank you so much for getting me back up and running. ? The replacement all in one I ordered from PC world got sent back this morning, didn’t even open the box. You guys are for sure my ‘go to’ from now on. ? Great little business. ? .

Quickly identified a tricky problem and sorted out. Great service and great attention to detail. Highly recommended. .

A screw came out of my HP laptop. Went back to Comet, redirected to Bits'n PC. Bit of a problem to park (Worcester yellow lines) but well worth the effort. Showed them the problem, a new screw was put in in seconds, addtional screws to take away. No charge. Can you get better service? I don't think so. Unbelievable service.

By far the best pc shop I visited. Very helpful and patient staff. I dealt with Peter who had comprehensive knowledge and got exactly what I was looking for. Definitely Recommended and would go again for any upgrades.

Excellent value, service and quality! In the last two weeks, we have needed help twice, once with a tablet that stopped working and once with a laptop where google chrome had stopped working. On both occasions they were very helpful and efficient.

Have bought several laptops and monitors from BitsNPCs between Dec 2018 and now (Feb 2019). Each time the advice has been helpful, honest and frank. It's really refreshing to have conversations with people with proper knowledge rather than the "sales people" you encounter at bigger establishments. I cannot fault the shop in any way, and the value for money is unbelievable. Really friendly and polite and no pressure to buy.

Excellent quality refurbished laptops/net books and pc systems, I bought a laptop from Bits n Pc's that was surplus to requirements in the end for me, but they were very friendly and agreed to buy it back from me without losing a lot of money. Would highly reccomend to anyone, great value and a great service :).

Went for a repair job was done very quickly, much cheaper than I was quoted by several others, fantastic service from start to finish, will definately use again and would recommend them to anyone!

I purchased 5 re conditioned laptops and received a reasonable discount due to the quantity. The service was friendly, professional and informal. And any problems were met with a very good response! One of the screens failed after working well for a week, all it took was a phone call and then to return it and it was fixed with no issues! I would recommend Bits N Pcs! I spilled tea over my laptop and was devastated as I use this laptop for my UNI studies and its vital. The keyboard needed to be replaced and the screen had damp inside too. After only 2 days Bits N PCs had repaired both the screen and the keyboard! Couldnt recommend these guys enough!
