Craig explained all of the options available to us (type of post etc) before quoting. The work went ahead according to plan and was completed to a high standard. We had a couple of fencing jobs done by Bits and Bats following a recommendation from friends. The work was done exactly as quoted and for the fixed price agreed and this was despite it being slightly more complicated than originally expected. Honouring the quote is always a sign of a good tradesman. The work is very solid, no shorts-cuts are made in ensuring the posts are properly secure against the worst possible weather. All well finished off and completed within the time agreed. I'm sure we'll be using Craig again for the next job. There's always a next job!

Craig replaced several rotten upright posts in my fencing, making the fence better now than when it was first put in. Craig came to provide a quote and I was pleasantly surprised at his honest and upfront approach. He explained everything he would do and the quality of his work was exceptional and also very reasonably priced. I was so happy with his work that I had no hesitation in passing his details on to my father when he also had a fencing requirement and once again Craig did an exceptional job for him. Craig has done two fencing projects for me. His work is excellent and his prices are very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Craig. Craig rebuilt a long section of fence which blew over in strong winds; the replacement is very strongly anchored in concreted holes dug into the clay and was cleverly linked into an existing gate. We also have an outdoor area for which Craig replaced the plastic sheeting plus a lengthy pergola which he covered over for the first time. Finally Craig displayed his interior decorating skill on our back lounge. All Craig's work is to a very high standard and he is the most honest and meticulous of workmen. Highly recommended.
