Birth and Baby School offers parenting courses, active antenatal classes, baby classes and postnatal classes in the East Leeds and Selby area.

Expectant and new parents come to my antenatal and baby classes from across the Leeds, York, Selby and Tadcaster area, including Garforth, Kippax, Sherburn, Hillam, Monk Fryston, Knottingley, South Milford, Hambleton and more.

I share my time between caring for my own young family, and building up this wonderfully supportive community of parents. My baby and antenatal classes offer you the full continuity of care and support, from the early weeks of pregnancy, all the way through to a cruising baby!

At Birth and Baby School, I offer classes for birth, for baby, and (perhaps most importantly) for you.

For Birth.
My antenatal class offerings can be booked as standalone options, or together (for the ultimate in preparation! ). Whilst my Parent Prep provides you with 14. 5 hours of all-inclusive labour, birth and baby prep (designed to attend with your birth partner), Active Antenatal Classes offer something a bit different - movement, education, breathing and relaxation (perfect for all expectant mamas).

For Baby.
Once your little one arrives my Tinies (Baby Massage) class is the ideal way to ease both baby and mum through the precious fourth trimester - combining baby massage, gentle postnatal movement, pelvic floor strengthening work, and relaxation.

Once baby is a little older, you will graduate to Wrigglers, perfectly suited to a more inquisitive outlook - singing, rhyme, sensory exploration and story, a wonderful way to enjoy an hour of fun with your babe.

For You.
Support for new parents is integral to what I do and underpins the ethos of my classes. Aside from the support in the classes themselves, you'll also find me available between and after classes finish. In addition, I really want to help you find your people, and have spent a lot of time community building - helping you make connections (and peer support) from pregnancy and beyond.
