The caricature they tried to get us to approve looked nothing like the photo. Very disappointing and they refuse to refund saying it's a 'bespoke service'. Will be passing them on to Trading Standards as they don't provide a caricature in the true sense of the word, just a badly animated image.

Thank you for creating the wedding caricatures for the Fathers of the bride and groom presents in August 2012. We were really pleased with the service, communication and absolutely amazing artwork that you provided and will be using you again in the future if the need arises. Very pleased with the caricature. Bill and Ben did this at very late notice for a 21st birthday present. They turned it around in 2 days and we were delighted with the result. They paid real attention to the detailing on the rugby shirt adding in all the important finishing touches. A fast, efficient and friendly service. Thank you!

It was wonderful to see an idea come to fruition, and the finished caricature was everything we'd hoped for. Ordering was very simple, and the online process worked well. We wanted a picture with 6 different characters, each with an individual style such as "artist", "pianist" etc and Ben took all the photos and input, and created an amazing picture. Time was running short, but he made sure that the picture arrived by special delivery. My mum was thrilled with her present and everyone at the party complimented us on such a special and unique gift ! Many thanks.

The work was completed much faster than I would have expected, and good quality work. A bit expensive but I guess it is worth it for something personal and fun that will last.

Really really pleased with the drawing but was a bit disappointed with the service and not being able to get in touch with anyone. I was advised by a lady called Ellie (who was lovely! ) in an email that you were in the process of moving which explains the not being able to get in touch with anyone regarding my order. Maybe would've been helpful to have had this explained somewhere on the website but I am very pleased with the finished picture so thank you very much.

A great service, great value for money, really looking forward to the recipient receiving his caricature for his 40th birthday.

I was looking for something a bit different to get my brother for his 21st birthday and came across Bill and Ben the Cartoon Men whilst browsing the web. When I saw the football caricatures I immediately thought, 'That's perfect' as we are both mad Leeds United fans. I was surprised to find that you could get a fully illustrated A3 caricature, framed for only £40, bargain! The resemblance to my brother was uncanny and throughout the process the opportunity to make alterations until you are happy with the finished product is brilliant. It's a very creative, fun and unique service that I would thoroughly recommend and will be sure to use again in the future.

Haven't received the print yet so i'd like to review it after I've seen it! Efficiency on the website was good though.

Although initially feeling this was an expensive gift, I am really pleased with service from start to finish. I ordered a caricature of my Husband to go in his Barbers and I could not be more pleased with how it turned out. The likeness is amazing and the attention to detail on even the smallest facial features is very clever. Very speedy service and good value for money too, I will definitely be returning in the future!

I decided to get a caricature of my friend done for Christmas. I was a very picky customer but nothing was too much trouble for team at Bill and Ben. At first I had my doubts about ordering in case the caricature looked to jokey but Bill and Ben are so talented that they managed to create a caricature that looked just like my friend without over exaggerating her features. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for an unusual gift. The customer service is second to none as is the artwork. Thank you so much Bill and Ben!

I have just received my second caricature from Bill and Ben, and I'm absolutely delighted. The attention to detail and adaptation of the photographs supplied is fabulous. My first caricature was for my brother in law and I wanted a clay pigeon shooting theme which wasn't one of their standard templates, however they did it for the same cost as a standard caricature. My second was fully bespoke, and I am extremely impressed with their adaptation of my requirements. I will certainly be using them again.
