About Big Event Drapery
We are a multi award winning drape hire and event decoration hire company based in Essex.We specialise in corporate events, evening parties and celebrations, birthdays and weddings.
We have a wide range of freestanding wall drapes, wedding wall drape hire, ceiling canopy hire, ceiling decorations, blackout wall drapes, velvet wall drapes and theme backdrops and wedding backdrops.
As an experienced team of Qualified and dedicated designers we know it is vital to stay ahead of the trends in such a forever changing and fast paced industry as the event and wedding scene! We have worked on small start up Promos for local businesses as well as 4 day National Events and understand the attention to detail required for each clients ideas and specification.
All of our team are full trained to work at height and carry IPAF and PASMA cards with them, we have £5 million Public liability insurance and we offer a 24 hour, 7 day a week on site service!

Absolutely fantastic, acccomodating and everything was set up perfectly, exactly as described and discussed and in good time. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. Big Event Drapery put up a starlight backdrop and drapes with fairy lights on the ceiling; it transformed the venue and my new wife loved it.

I would not hesitate to recommend Big Event Drapery. We used their services for our daughters christening and they were truely tremendous from quote to set up to take down. Overall we were 100% satisfied and will definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a Draping service. We used big event drapery for our wedding in January 2013. We had a white ceiling canopy with fairy lights in and a starlight backdrop behind our top table. We found everyone we dealt with very helpful and friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble no matter how many questions I asked! The end result looked just amazing and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family.
