Biba & Rose

Had to purchase a present urgently. Received really excellent service from Rosemary who sorted more round pearls than baroque for a bracelet which then arrived the next day.

I recently stumbled upon Biba and Rose when looking for gifts for my bridesmaids. I emailed some questions and Rosemary replied very quickly and within hours I’d placed an order for 6 pearl bracelets. They arrived a couple of days later and are absolutely gorgeous! I ordered an item from Biba and rose paid £2. 95 for postage when it arrived it was simply posted via a first class stamp. I paid the £2. 95 expecting a form of tracking in case the item went missing, so it shows that the company dont care if an item posted goes missing and are after making as much money as possible. RIP OFF.

I first come across BIba and Rose at Barbury castle horse trials where I met Rosemary. Rosemary was very helpful and accommodating of what I had in mind for my bridal jewellery. A few weeks later I emailed Rosemary with my ideas of what I would like, along with a picture of my dress to match the colour of the pearls. We also had a phone call to discuss everything in fine detail just to make sure everything was covered. Once the jewellery arrived (bracelet and earrings) I was overwhelmed on how beautiful they both were and they were just perfect. It was a pleasure dealing with Rosemary, the downside I can't wear this beautiful jewellery til my wedding day!

I met Rosemary at a wedding fair and got in contact when I knew I wanted pearl jewellery for my bridesmaids. I explained what sort of style I was looking for and Rosemary got it spot on! The jewellery is designed and made in the UK too which is important to me to support independent business.

Have bought several necklaces for myself and as presents. Love the fact they can be adjusted to fit (i like shorter necklaces) and that they can be posted direct to the person you are buying for. I've worn the necklaces for years without problems.

I have bought several pieces of jewellery from biba, some from shows and some online, the last being a lovely pearl bracelet that my husband bought for our pearl wedding anniversary everybody admires them and the service has been excellent, I shall be buying more for Xmas presents. Gill.
