Thank you to the team at Best London Removals. We had such a great experience from the time we contacted them to the time that the last mover left, it was a flawless process. The movers were on time and very efficient. They kept us abreast on timing and were thorough and fast. When we arrived at the other side, they were very careful about moving the furniture - they even took their shoes off to preserve the flooring. Everything was left in perfect condition and assemble properly. Ivelin and team are the best. I wouldn't move with any one else. Many, many thanks for making our move so much smoother!

Moved from Central London to Liverpool between two third-floor walkups. Move including living room furniture (including an upright piano) and personal belongings (including rugs, plates, pots, clothes, lots of books etc but no bedroom furniture or white goods). On-time, courteous, good communication. There was heavy rain and traffic, including parking restrictions, but everything went smoothly. Nothing broken, nothing damaged. The guys were great and I would definitely use them again. The comms were mostly with Ivelin, but the in-person service was led the team leader Filip.

I found Best London Removals Limited to be extremely professional. They were very careful with all valuables and amazingly efficient. In comparison to competitors, they are great value for money. I would definitely recommend them.

I am so glad I used BLR in my recent move from Ruislip to Buckinghamshire. They were by far the most competitively priced and yet the service they provided went above and beyond what other other companies might have provided. Ivelin even took time out before I moved, to measure the staircase of my new house to see if my upright piano would fit upstairs. On the day of moving, everything went to clockwork. They treated all my possessions with upmost respect and they carried out their service in a friendly manner. I will certainly book them again if I move in the future and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My husband and I have moved house many times both domestically and internationally and we can say without a doubt that Best London Removals truly lives up to their name---they are the best! They sent a team of 3 gentlemen to relocate us to a 2 bedroom flat. They were courteous, well-groomed and clean as well as being incredibly fast and efficient (despite 3 flights of stairs and some very heavy boxes which I probably overpacked). They carefully wrapped our furnishings in protective plastic and handled our belongings as if they were priceless heirlooms--nothing was lost or damaged in any way. Excellent service I have booked Best London Removals to move our 4 bed house from North London to North-West London. They came just on time, packed everything carefully, loaded the van quickly and within 4 hours we were in our new home. Well done guys! Big thanks to Phil and the whole team. I have booked their Man and Van service - price per hour, as I have packed my content myself. What I get was a fantastic team of three men from Best London Removals, who quickly and carefully moved me out of a 2 bed flat in North-West London to a 3 bed house in Luton all in 6 hours. Incredible value for money. Polite, courteous and friendly team from start to finish. I strongly recommend them.

Never having moved house before, I got quotes from five companies. Best London Removals turned out to be substantially the cheapest – not least, perhaps, because they were prepared to move our belongings from Harrow to Bath in one day – but I had already decided to use them because I had been so impressed by Ivelin. Filip and his team of two worked tirelessly and with good humour, from 8am to 7pm. It was a long day, but they got the job done and we were very happy with them. I would certainly recommend BLR to anyone. In fact, I have already have – and they are moving my friend's furniture to Bath shortly!

I was very impressed with the level of service given and the price was very reasonable - a far fairer price than many other companies. The 3 men turned up on time and helped me move my 1st floor 2 bedroom flat to my new house. They are also experts in dismantling and re-assembling voluminous furniture. I found them very punctual, quick, and friendly and I wont hesitate to use their service again and recommend to my friends.

Ivelin and his team provided the removals service for us when we moved home recently. From the start, Ivelin was extremely professional. He paid a visit to our home to understand the job on hand before giving sensible options for removals such as whether to have them do the packing or us do the packing etc. The cost was reasonable and with the kind of service that was to go with it, there was really no need for further exploring with other movers. As promised, the team showed up right on time at our place on the day of the move. Packing was professional, neat and quick. Material used was of good quality, - no cheap boxes or sticking tape. No damage whatsoever to the goods. Unpacking was done in the same way, - quick and efficient. The team were polite and patient even though the pace of work was fast. At no time did we feel under pressure. Our huge bookshelf needed to be turned around (no fault of the movers team) since the way it is built does not readily point to the front and back of it. Ivelin and Filip returned the next day free of charge just to turn the shelf around as it was heavy. Very supportive and understanding. AMAZING! I was very impressed by the whole experience as I imagined it would be extremely stressful - I couldn't have been more wrong. I originally booked another removal company whom I cancelled as I lost faith in them which is when I found Best London Removals. I moved from a 5th floor 2 bedroom flat with no lift to a 2 bedroom 1st floor flat 40mins away. Ivelin clearly explained the costing and even gave me options on how many men I could use, packaging materials and a rough idea on timing. I chose to have four movers due to moving out of the 5th floor which was definitely a good decision as it meant they could form a chain on the staircase and didn't tire so easily. The team arrived on time - 8am and got started straight away. They were all in company uniforms and made the very difficult task of moving some really awkward items (American size fridge-freezer) down five flights look easy! By 1pm the van was loaded. Once we reached the new flat it was much the same, everything was unloaded, furniture was put back together, positioned without fuss and more importantly undamaged. One bed had to be hoisted over the balcony and again nothing was too much trouble. The entire process was competed by 5.30pm. Absolutely superb service. We needed to move a sofa bed out through an upstairs window in order to get it back into the house and into the living room downstairs. I called for a quote and was immediately impressed by their professional attitude to solving the problem. They asked for as many details as possible about what we needed moving and how. On the day itself, they moved the sofa bed very quickly and with no fuss at all. I would not hesitate to use Best London again and have already recommended them to a friend.

We moved this week. Ivor and philip did an amazing job. Philip came to quote and quoted and was the cheapest quote we had. As a result I phoned James from Foxtons who had recommended me to use the service to check all would be ok. James said he had been recommended to the company by a client and he had given best removals to about 6 clients who were all happy. In the run-up to the move they responded to my emails throughout the booking process promptly and answered all my questions about the lorry quickly and without jargon so I could arrange parking. They loaded my stuff onto the van, drove me and my belongings to the storage unit, then unloaded and packed them into the unit.
