Dave and the team at Bespoke Oak and Slate built our summer house (cabin) from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Dave was polite, professional, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. He asked for all the important information upfront, including the type of base, photos of the area, and any additional notes. This made the whole process much easier and ensured we were both on the same page from the beginning. The quote was clear, detailed, and easy to understand, with everything explained in plain English. There was never any confusion, and I always knew exactly what was included. It's been a few months since the cabin was completed, and it's just as perfect as the day it was finished. I give the highest recommendation to Dave and his team. They turned up as promised with good comms throughout and provided a very reasonable written quote for three aspects of tricky repairs to my roof; chimney, ridge and eaves. Kept me in touch of when he was coming, once here he got on with the job and did a very good job, and also cleaned up all the debris once he finished, also gave me a break down of what he'd done , and was very polite.

I had struggled getting someone to look and replace a downpipe, called Dave Tuesday he called round Wednesday and then sent a very reasonable quote, he messaged me today and completed the job. Renews your faith in tradesmen can't recommend these guys enough.

I had 2 cracked roof tiles. Dave advised they could be left as they would not cause any problems, but I chose to have him replace them. His communication was excellent, he attended promptly and the with was carried out to a high standard for a very reasonable fee. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Bay window roof replacement. Dave and his team were great throughout- came out for the quote when promised and completed the job to a high standard within a short timescale. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent value and excellent service. Long story short- Been having trouble getting a lean to garage flashed. People either weren’t interested, flaked or charged outrageous price. Wife found Dave and lifetime warranty roofing on Facebook so was a little apprehensive when called. Dave picked up the phone straightaway was friendly professional and polite. Was patient with me when describing what was needed. Shot over two very reasonable quotes. The system for quotes and invoicing was easy to follow and very professional giving options for pay. Making it easy for me to book and leave a deposit. Once deposit paid Dave was very proactive in booking the job and completed professionally in record time. Once completed after war has been great and he even was thoughtful enough to touch base after first downpour to make sure everything was ok. Really happy with the he service supplied him Dave Kerrone Service NW. They can and fixed a missing tile after the recent storm, they arrived the same day, provided a definite quote for the work and replaced the gutter that had been damaged by the falling tile. I would strongly recommend this company.

Got Dave and his team to replace our leaky bay window roof, they replaced it with a rubber roof and new insulation, wood and fully sealed it. Had a great laugh with them and would thoroughly recommend them for your roofing.

Asking Dave and the lads to do a full re roof in January, which was one of the coldest winters for a long time was a big ask. Weather permitting they turned up and grafted all day. We now have a new roof that will last for years. Quality workmanship, highly recommend Dave and his team.

They answered the phone, delivered the quote, were trustworthy, kept to their time limit, were neat and tidy and I was so impressed with their work that I got them to do further jobs at 2 seperate properties.
