Are you suffering from Bereavement, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Self Esteem problems, Loss or Redundancy. Then I can help you. I provide specialist Counselling Therapy.

Unlike many counsellors I only specialise in a limited number of subjects. I do not tick every item on the list. It is simply not possible to be great at everything. I specialise on a few subjects so you can be sure I can understand what you are going through, and from there we can work to help your life improve.

The help (or treatment) I provide is one-to-one counselling sessions in a safe environment. Each session is approximately an hour (I say 50 minutes - but normally run over time). You will be able to talk freely. I am not judgemental. I keep everything confidential.

Each session is £40. Sometimes we can see you better in a few sessions, I normally say it will take up to 6 sessions.
